It appears that you misunderstood that it was the insurance company that disputed part of your case, not us. We did review with you why they took that position. We also went over what your legal options were to fight it empowering you to decide how you wanted to proceed from there. But you are mistaken when you say that we took the position your accident did not happen. To the contrary, we argued it did. Per your request, we withdrew and no longer represent you.
