This is called a Grant of Probate, if the person left a Will. It is called 'Letters of Administration' if a person died without a Will. We draft Lasting Powers of Attorney for our clients so that they can give authority to their loved ones to enable them to help them if they are not able to do so for any reason. Lastly, we act on behalf of our clients who require a solicitor to act on their behalf for Equity Release.
