Terrible. I parked to take my sister into the Laser Clinic (just next door). There was no signage to say it was private land that had parking restrictions/T&C's (Evidenced in this proof from Google Maps). Also in the letter from the Parking …

Dear Mr. Khan,
We are sorry to hear of your experience in parking on our private premises. The Google photo in your review is very outdated. We have clear signs in several places around the firm in the parking lot. It is important that our clients and staff have a place to park and as you will have noticed, there are not many parking spaces at the front of the building. As with all parking fines, there is the opportunity to appeal and encourage you to do so should you feel you have sufficient evidence.
