I won trial yet you wrote a bad review? Interesting. Clearly, nothing can make you happy. Your case was not a no brainer as you stated. It was very difficult and I doubt that you would have received positive results without me. You even had strong doubts about whether you would win which can be shown through messages so I am unclear about why you are claiming something different now. You are clearly trying to paint a false narrative. Although difficult, I pulled it out. Yet, you are still not satisfied. You falsely claim that I did not meet with you and go over the case when I have an entire trial notebook that I prepared on your behalf which includes all the questions I drafted in advance of trial. Yes, I went over the questions with you to prepare you to testify which is my job. I got you ready and we won. I requested an adjournment when I was on a homicide trial which is customary. Notably, I won that other trial too. You were notified before court that I was on trial and needed an adjournment. Yet, you went off on me. That was not the first time you behaved in an irate and disrespectful manner towards me nor the last. You elected to seek reimbursement through a different fund and the deadline has not passed yet. You actually sent me a message the other day reminding me that the deadline is in two weeks. Now, you claim that I was late which makes no sense. You cannot obtain reimbursement twice which is essentially what you are suggesting I should have done. You claim I spoke to you for an hour but in the same breath you claim you couldn't reach me. You are making accusations about me personally which is confusing since you contacted me via text recently asking me to attend a birthday party. Perhaps, you are upset that I did not attend but to do so would have been unprofessional. I actually suspected that you would lash out against me for this based on your personality and my past dealings with you. If I did not meet your expectations, why would you invite me to this birthday party a week or two ago? I do not have an obligation to associate with a client outside of work. I have been busy and could not talk to you each time you called me after your case was over. Like in the past, you expect me to be at your beck and call. When I could not speak to you recently, you again became nasty and aggressive and I did tell you that if you continue to harass me and speak to me in an aggressive manner, I will seek to withdraw. You have contacted me in the early morning hours. You expect me to respond to you 4 in the morning? I filed your paperwork for reimbursement and we sent you the order more than once. All of your claims are baseless. I notice you did not allege that I did not do the job because you cannot do so. I did not seek additional money and that is an absolute fabrication like everything else you wrote. Ironically, you claim I didn't put the paperwork in yet you are also claiming I sought extra money. Which one is it? I note that I actually waived fees in your case. You won your case. I filed your reimbursement paperwork. We have no other business. Obviously, this is coming from somewhere else. I noticed this pattern even prior to now. I don't care about your review. Lie all you want. I did my job. Good luck and I wish you the best. Take care.
