Susan, I am truly sorry that during our short telephone conversation wherein you indicated what your expectations were and that you had no funds to pay a lawyer you were dissatisfied with the responses that I provided to you. I pride myself in being honest and direct with clients and potential clients because I believe that it is the most effective and honest way to address the issues. Unfortunately, my directness was not taken well by you and I for that I apologize.
