All of the beneficiaries were provided with copies of your mother’s will, her trust agreement and information regarding the nature and value of the assets that were subject to the will and the trust as is customary in the estate settlement process. In addition, your attorney requested documents to which you were not entitled, but which were provided to you in the interests of transparency.

The attorney-client privilege prohibits us from sharing our confidential discussions with your mother concerning her wishes regarding her estate plan. It is apparent that the distribution of assets as provided by your mother’s estate plan was not the distribution you would have preferred.
