They don’t listen to the client, so create documents that completely miss the client’s intent. Then charge them for that draft and the revision. They are churning up fees.

Joe Carlisle was incredible. He set expectations well, has a calm, measured approach, and balanced listening to us with telling us the best way to approach the case.
