Dear Ms. Neill: I am sorry that the consultation process was not up to our standards or your expectations. Our firm does practice in the personal injury/medical malpractice field and while we often work in areas outside the immediate NYC and outer counties, we don't want to make a reccomendation to a speciality outside our area if we are not sure of the details of the work needed. I believe you asked for an attorney in something municipal related work in a state across the country. As for "I can't take it Good luck" I checked with my attorney and he said that he did not say that. Regardless, I will apologize and only wish you luck in the future.
