I have never represented the mother of a "Miriam Yiskah" or "Miriam Yiskah," and they are not clients of our office. I do not know who "Miriam Yiskah" or her mother are. If "Miriam Yiskah" is a real person, and her mother was truly a client of ours, she should address me openly and directly. I have represented seriously injured New Yorkers for 47 years in the New York Courts through litigation and trial, through appeals, and through mediations and arbitrations. I believe in the jury system, and if the case warrants it and the insurance company is not prepared to fully compensate my client, I want my client to get his or her day in court. My partners and I are always available to speak to our clients and to see them in person during business hours whenever they wish. I was the President of the New York State Trial Lawyers and the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, and I am the President of the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association Foundation. In addition, I have dedicated myself and my firm to helping New Yorkers through charities that directly support them: the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, AllinBklyn, the Brooklyn Kindergarten Society, Bear Givers, the Washington Heights Victor Lebrun Little League---all charities that specifically benefit the citizens of our City.
